Here is a simple guide to making the Camden Furniture Hire Online section easier and stress free to use.
1. Once you are in the Camden furniture order online section you are displayed with the Home page this is simply to welcome you to the Shopping Cart section of the Camden Furniture site.
2. The page is displayed with a set of menu items down the side, which represent the various catalogue sections of the site.
3. Click on the Catalogue section you wish to view. These are:
- Office
- Chairs/Tables
- Bistro/Bar
- Stools
- Lounge
- Accessories
- Corporate Hospitality and Events
- Floral
- New Products
- Plasma Screens
4.Once you have chosen the section you wish to view you will be presented at the top of the screen with a list of page numbers, Page one will automatically be displayed on the chosen catalogue section, but at any time you can change this by clicking on the other page numbers.
5. Once you have selected a page you wish to view you will be presented with a list small image of a various range of furniture.
6. You can select a product to view by simply clicking on the small image.
7. Once an image is selected a larger image of the one selected will be displayed on the coloured band in the centre of the screen.
8. The image in the centre will be accompanied by the product order number (displayed beneath the picture) and also a quantity field and hire button.
9. Once you have seen a product you like fill in the quantity field corresponding to the order number with the amount you wish to hire. Once you are satisfied with this then click the "HIRE" button. (remember this isn't the order you have to keep)
10. Once you have clicked the hire button you will be automatically taken to the Shopping Cart, this shows you the items you have selected and will give you the cost of the total amount of products in the section.
11. The shopping Cart section is accessible at all times during shopping around the site so that you can view the items you have already put in to your shopping basket. The shopping basket has various functions these are: You can at any time change the quantity of the products in the cart by clicking in the quantity field of that product and then type a figure in to select the total amount you wish to hire, then click the Recalculate button. You can also remove items by changing the quantity to 0 and then clicking the Recalculate button. As well as just removing one item you have the choice to remove everything in the cart by clicking on the button underneath which says reset. This will clear everything out of the cart. There is a Recalculate button which gives you the option to update this basically updates the cart with the total purchase prices. The Shopping Cart gives you the choice to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you wish to carry on shopping then all of the items in the shopping cart will remain there until you wish to purchase them. Once you are satisfied with all of the products in the Shopping Cart you will be presented with the choice to proceed to the checkout. You can do this by clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart.
12. Before you enter the checkout you are automatically displayed with the Terms and Conditions of the Company you are given the choice to agree or disagree with the terms and conditions, if you disagree then you will be taken back to the shopping cart. If you agree with the Terms and Conditions you are taken to the Checkout. The checkout is simply a few fields to fill in your personal and credit card details, you can do this on line or also you are presented with the choice to download a pdf this is just a form which you can print out to fill in to send via fax or post.
13. Once you have filled in all of your details you will be given the choice to submit. Once you have clicked the submit button your details will be sent via a secure e-mail system to Camden furniture where an account will be set up for you.
